How to Order

  3. Enter delivery and payment information. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping address. Then, choose your preferred payment method from credit card, various cashless payment options, convenience store payment, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. *For cash on delivery, card payments are only accepted via touch payment.

  1. Confirm your order. If all details are correct, click "Pay now" or "Complete order."
  2. Check your confirmation email. After completing your order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. *If you have domain-specific reception enabled, please allow narumi-tr.xyz. If you do not receive the email after some time, please contact us via the inquiry form.

Issuing Receipts and Delivery Notes

After the product has been shipped, you can download and print receipts and delivery notes in PDF format from "Order History" in your My Page.

  5. Cash on Delivery
    Please pay the driver upon product arrival (cash or card via touch payment only).

    • Fee: An additional 330 yen (tax included) will be charged for orders totaling less than 11,000 yen (tax included).

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival. We will guide you through the return process.

  • Products returned without prior notice
  • Used, altered, or washed products
  • Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches due to the customer's handling
