Product Delivery Time

- Receipt: After the product has been shipped, you can download and print it yourself from "Order History" on My Page.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- Returns due to customer's convenience: Please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival. In this case, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- Cases where returns cannot be accepted:
