How to Order

Add items to your cart. On the product page, select the desired "color" and "size," then click the "Add to Cart" button.
Review your cart. On the cart screen, confirm your order details and click "Proceed to checkout."
Enter delivery and payment information. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping address. Then, choose your preferred payment method from credit card, various cashless payment options, convenience store payment, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. *For cash on delivery, card payments are only accepted via touch payment.

※If you are logged in with a "SHOP" account and wish to use a payment method other than credit card, click "Check out as guest" to access other payment options. You will still earn points.

Confirm your order. If all details are correct, click "Pay now" or "Complete order."
Check your confirmation email. After completing your order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. *If you have domain-specific reception enabled, please allow narumi-tr.xyz. If you do not receive the email after some time, please contact us via the inquiry form.

Issuing Receipts and Delivery Notes

After the product has been shipped, you can download and print receipts and delivery notes in PDF format from "Order History" in your My Page.

Regarding receipts and delivery notes (detailed items)
【Issuing Receipts】 Customers who require a receipt should log in to their account, select the relevant order from "Order History" on My Page, and print it themselves. *For guest purchases (without member registration), you can check via the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
【Regarding Delivery Notes】 As a general rule, delivery notes are included with the product shipment.
- If you do not want it included: Please indicate this in the remarks section on the cart screen.
- If you would like gift wrapping: Please indicate this in the remarks section on the cart screen. Wrapping is free of charge.

Please transfer the payment to the designated account according to the instructions in the email sent after your order.
- Transfer deadline: Within 14 days of order confirmation.
- Shipment will be made after payment confirmation. Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Cash on Delivery
Please pay the driver upon product arrival (cash or card via touch payment only).
- Delivery company: Yamato Transport
- Fee: An additional 330 yen (tax included) will be charged for orders totaling less than 11,000 yen (tax included).

Delivery Days and Time Specification

As a general rule, we will ship within 3 business days after confirming your order (payment).
You can specify a delivery date from a minimum of 5 business days to a maximum of 9 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival. We will guide you through the return process.

Items that cannot be returned

Products for which 8 days or more have passed since arrival
Products returned without prior notice
Used, altered, or washed products
Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches due to the customer's handling

In cases of customer convenience (e.g., difference in image): Return shipping costs and transfer fees (for refunds) will be borne by the customer.
In cases of defective products or incorrect shipments: We will promptly exchange the item at our expense (or refund if the item is out of stock).

About Points

You will receive points for purchases made after member registration. "1 point = 1 yen" and can be used for future purchases.

Receive 500 points for new member registration, and an additional 500 points if you opt-in to receive various notifications by email.
